Empowering Young Minds with Financial Education

Darla recognized the lack of financial education for youth and developed a program for elementary students. Each year, she volunteers to teach engaging lessons on topics like budgeting, saving, needs vs. wants, supply and demand, and understanding stocks and debt. Darla is passionate about equipping young minds with essential financial knowledge, one classroom at a time.

Supporting Our Troops with Gratitude

As part of a proud Air Force family, Darla’s patriotism inspired the Letters to Troops campaign. She invites elementary students to write heartfelt letters to service members overseas, delivering tens of thousands of messages of gratitude to honor their sacrifices.
